  • No time to eat healthy and get into shape? Here's how I manage

Okay so lately I have decided I want to transform my body. After so many months of saying to my friends that I am going to get that elusive six pack and join those with bodies like Spartans. So first thing, I must change my diet, no more takeouts....done...Next, cut all sugary products out such as chocolates, sweets etc. Next plan my meals out...And I have hit a wall. In between going university full time and actually going gym, it was quite hard trying to cook 6-8 meals a day and getting the right nutrients. Being on budget adds more height to that wall.

This is where supplements actually help and also being very imaginative with basic meals. Okay then cracking on, the supplements I use are USN hyperbolic mass, I bought 6kg off eBay. One shake provides 220g carbs and 50g protein. So two of these a day make up two meals. For the rest of my diet I have adapted to adhere to my goals, getting lean and reducing body fat. The only carbs I eat are sweet potatoes/yams and broccoli. Fats that I include in my diet are mushrooms, I cook these with egg omelettes sometimes with ham as well. Its also important to eat lean meats, I prefer chicken to anything else as they have a good high protein content. Below is my whole diet that I have been using for the past week, I hope to post pictures of my physique after 4 weeks and I will be updating my blog daily on the workouts that Ive done through the day. Any comments are welcome and subscribe as I'm new. silly xx

    My Diet Plan

    Breakfast

    Porridge with Soya milk

USN hyperbolic mass mixed with water

    Afternoon lunch

egg omelette (3 eggs) with mushrooms or ham and cottage cheese

USN hyperbolic mass mixed with water

    4/5pm

Cajun chicken (diced breasts) with broccoli/sweet potatoes(yams)

    Evening

egg omelette (3 eggs) with mushrooms or ham and cottage cheese

Also drink plenty of water, I allow myself one cheat meal a week, apparently several articles Ive read do say it helps boost metabolism. Also I don't actually provide amounts since I am normally in a rush to eat, but normally just use common sense on how much you can probably eat. As I'm getting lean, I keep the meals small and frequent through the day.
